AristocratWear offers the following Returns Policy:

Payment: We accept major credit cards such as Visa and Master Card, and PayPal through our secured website. We also accept Money order or cashier’s check.

Shipment: We usually ship out your item within 2-3 business days after your payment is cleared. We offer UPS ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, and Next Day shipment services for continental US customers and will provide tracking number to you. Order and payment have to be completed by 3:00 pm for UPS Next Day shipment.

United State Postal Office Priority or Express shipment service will be used for shipment to PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and FPO.

United States Postal Office Global Express will be used for international shipment. International customers need to be aware that extra tariff may be applied by your country custom in additional to the regular item price and shipping. Please contact your country’s custom for exact tax rate. The package tracking information for international customers is available upon request.


Returns: If the item does not fit or you are not satisfied with the item, you can return the item for refund. The item price amount will be refunded the way it is paid. Item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging with labels, tags, etc. attached for refund. You must return the item within seven (7) days after receipt of the item. Shipping and Handling charges cannot be refunded. The Buyer will need to pay his own shipping to send the item back to the Seller. The Seller is not liable for missing or damaged returns so we suggest that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance options for return. Refund will be made within 7 days after returned item is received. If a return is made after the 7 day period, or the returned item not in its original condition (e.g. missing labels, tags, plastic bags, or packaging, etc), return may not be accepted or a partial refund may be applied.

We guarantee our product quality. In the event that you receive a wrong item or a defective product, we will refund the total of your payment plus your shipping back cost via UPS ground or USPS Priority. However, the Seller will not assume any further responsibilities due to the mistake or the defective product
